Hi, I have a couple questions about judgements...

1. How would you go about getting a paid judgement off your cr?

2. What does 'ORDER TO SATISFY JUDGEMENT FILED" mean?

DH has a paid off a judgement over 2 months ago, but now
3. how do I get it off his reports?
4. Will it show up on court records, if CRA investigate the dispute and if it does will there be a change on report for the better?

Thanks in advance.

Judgments are a matter of public record and you cannot get them off unless you get them vacated by filing a motion to vacate void judgment. More than 95 % of all judgments are null and void upon their face. In order to find out how to do that go to any search engine and enter in the word "creditwrench" and you will be instantly led to someone who can teach you how to do that without hiring attorneys
